Our seasonal blends are limited edition because we take just what’s available for the season and offer them while supplies last!

This year, our Spring Seasoning Blend features an unusual and exciting trio:

• Yacon from Garden Treasures Farm in Arlington, WA

• Nantes Carrots from Boldly Grown Farm in Bow, Washington

• Jalapeños: As fans of our Crunchy Jalapenos know sadly too well, we weren’t able to source enough of these tasty peppers locally last season to last, so we reached out to our neighbors Mountain Rose Herbs in Eugene, Oregon to find the best and brightest jalapeno flavors brought in from sunnier spaces

Just like our other seasonings, this Spring Seasoning Blend makes a great soup and sauce starter, or use it to season nearly anything you can think of. Some tips and tricks are noted in the blog post link above, but right now our favorite use of this is making some amazing popcorn!

Note that this one tends to clump, but don’t be afraid! Just give the jar a hefty shake before using or break up clumps with a clean spoon.

Tiny But Mighty!

Our seasoning jars are tiny but they’re packed with punch. Expect to use about 1 teaspoon per cup of liquid as a soup starter or 2 teaspoons per 1/2 cup of sauce or dip. There are about 10 teaspoons per jar. 

Our jars are packed by weight, not volume, so expect a little settling on their way to you.
